I've never even mentioned anything about Walmart... and you do nothing but keep harping on it and how its customers are cheap and how they care about $1 over 20 minutes. There's no need to insult a third-party just because you got a bone to pick with me. The original issue is deep buried in this red-herring.

My sons took skin test in 1999. They took again inMay 2007. Then and now no flare, no induration. They are clear.
I read somewhere that, once you take it, next time you should not. That is not correct. I also read here that there is another blood test (something PFE GOLD). Ask your doctors before hand. Most likely you WILL be given skin test, and if you get a flare/induration, then chest x-ray. Know and go.
I took the TB test for for admission to MBA in late 2005. Will the results be still valid?

I returned on March 23 and my POE is CHicago.
I used my AP....and was not even asked to go for secondary inspection. didnt ask any questions except the employer name.
And stamped on the AP and thats it all togeather took 5-10mins for me and my wife.
and by the way my wife was also on H1B(no stamping) so she used the AP.

Hi Kodak & other senior members,
Do we need to have seperate covering letters for primary application and spouse (dependent).
How do we seperate primary application documents from dependent documents? any color sperators or staple the docs?
which color seperator do your suggest?
Do we need to place check for each application 485, 131, 325 at the start of each or can we place all checks of a applicant in sigle location?
Where do we enter I140 recipt number in 485 applications, Is it that we need to provide a copy of 140 recipt as part of application docs and USCIS will manage accoridngly.

I would like to know about the Salary that is mentioned in the letter from the employer - is it the current salary or, the salary mentioned in the labor?
My thought is if the employer says: "..at least <salaray from labor>.." it should be ok.

I have always paid using my bank's bill payment feature. To be fair - there was a gap of a couple of months as I did not notice that the instruction has expired - but it was set up again at the beginning of this month.
So far - I have not had an issue with the donor forum access. However, the access seems to be disabled now.

You are right!, its easy to say NO to one company/delivery but hard to tackle so many different deliveries (specially if they receive some NON-IV flowers when and then for specific reasons).

I am getting a very useless response from FTD. It's a big organization that uses multiple florists in DC. So the orders will most likely be going from different florists and will not be delivered all together. I'm sure this is fine, but we do need to have someone at FTD oversee our orders and make sure that they are delivered incase USCIS refuses delivery. On the other hand if they are being delivered from different florists via FTD that makes it even more chaotic and harder to refuse delivery from the source! At this point FTD are not cooperating on overseeing the orders and making sure that they are delivered. Should I press further, or should we hope for the best?

Just wanted to post here to alert people that even though your EAD/AP is approved it could take a long time for it to reach you..Here is a post that I posted in another thread..
My AP has been approved 10 days ago, and so far neither the online status changed to approved nor i have received the approval copy. 2 ways I found out my AP was approved was through my local congressman and I took an infopass appointment. In the info pass appointment when I asked what is causing the delay in sending an approved AP, the officer says, if you did not get the approval notice in 45 days, call us back. This after waiting for more than 90days from the date of application. So, its not there until you have it in hand. Merely getting an approval these days is not enough, since they take anywhere upto 45 days to send the approval to you.
Attrocity to the core and the height of irresponsibility.

Does this mean PD before April 2006 or RD before April 2006?
guys..dont be too much happy about the EB2 ..the TSC actual processing dates are April 2006 and not July 2007 as shown on processing dates website..i checked with USCIS customer service and they mentioned that the dates shown on USCIS website are not current. The USCIS customer reps have the current dates of processing and that is April 2006....

I too feel that USCIS can not assign a visa to an application in wait until August 1st 2008. But again we are taking about USCIS and anything is possible. Even if it starts on August 1st, please do not keep your hopes high as August 1st is a Friday, and USCIS officers will take it easy on that day. I guess, the real action will start from Monday August 3rd.
However, what if we realize that not many approvals are coming through after August 3rd. I was wondering if we shall brainstorm on such scenario, and decide what should be our course of action in such case?
