why do you say that the audit is for pending applications only?
the news article says that they are auditing all PERM applications filed by Fragomen, which means that pending and approved applications will be audited. The article doesn't mention the timeframe either.
audit is only on pending applications..i dont think it is on certified..
also they may process fugmon cases fase..hope they dont denied any..

tricky question general rule.
1 week (not recommended questionable by USCIS if complained by anyone):eek:
1 month Questionable by USCIS
2 months ok might not have problems at passport filing
3 months preferable relatively safe
4 months plus you are pretty safe.

I have been getting the above message when I try to get a case status online for my I-140.
I filed concurrently for I-140, I-485 with EAD and AP on Aug 15th at TSC (EB3) and received receipt notices on 10/14/07 for all of the above applications. I also can get case status online successfully for the other 3 applications.
My attorney contacted USCIS (as they said that I cannot inquire on the I-140 and that it can only be the employer or the attorney) and they (USCIS) said they can see my case on their system but don't know why I cannot.
Is anybody in the same boat as I am? Should I be worried that I cannot get online status even after 8 weeks from the time the reciept notices were issued? Any advice/input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

There could really be hundreds. Looks like these 3 were working in OP's company. That is why he came to know about them. Usually bodyshops keep quiet if their employees are deported. If a single company got 3 deported, then the total is probably much larger.
OP, can you at least confirm that these 3 were from the same company?
that is not bad thinking that all the stories we heard about hundreds of people who were friends' friend and were deported at EWR.
While I understand for those 3 people it is virtually a nightmare, but it does bring things into perspective.

Hi,
I am a new member based in CT. I am glad I attended the december 25th meeting at Stamford, CT. Himanshu presided over the meeting and gave us lot of new information about what's going on in the immigration world and how Immigration Voice is helping out.
I think instead of fighting our battle alone if we come together and voice our problems there is a better likelihood of a positive outcome. Immigration voice can help us channelize our efforts and get the necessary immigration status.
I don't want to wait half my life getting my green card. Life is short and there is no guarantee about anything but I urge everyone affected to join this movement. We are in a capitalistic country and nothing ever happens without necessary funds so I urge you to please donate generously. If you never buy a lottery you can never win it . It's a bad analogy but I hope you get the point :)

1) The award you submitted was academic in nature. USCIS maintains that student awards such as fellowships, scholarships do not meet this criteria. Do you have anythingelse that is nationally recognized? Show me the evidence.
2) You submitted your work at research meetings. That is what researchers are supposed to do. How is your work is above and beyond what is out there in those meetings? "Consequently, it does not follow that all scientists who are asked to present their findings enjoy sustained acclaim in their field". Show me how your presentation history exceeds others.
3) Show the clear evidence that you have performed a leading and critical role in your organization.
4) You published several papers. But scientists are supposed to publish and dessiminate their work. Please resubmit updated citation listing. Please submit objective listing that your publication history exceeds the rest of the field.
Gurus... do I have a chance with these questions. I don't have any other national or international award such as Presidential Medal or Nobel Prize.
My presentation at international conferences are posters. Nothing great such as plenary talk.
I can submit more evidence of publications and citations.

EB-3 ROW = EB-3 Rest of World then there's EB-3 Mainland China, EB-3 Mexico, EB-3 India and EB-3 Philippines. Please correct me if I'm wrong. :D

As a starting exposure, try the "moony 11" rule, ie. aperture of f11 and exposure time of 1/ISO (ie. about 1/125 for 100 ISO, etc.).
